Yesterday I had a recliner chair delivered what a great couple of guy’s . So pleasant and good service from both of them . They set my chair up exactly where I wanted and took my old chair back with them . Thank you ( Bam ) you where so pleasant to work with can’t remember the other guy’s name . I will definitely do business with Conway furniture again

I bought a LaZBoy recliner loveseat a little over 3 years ago. The cable snapped and there was some wear on the centre console. Conway Furniture came to Owen Sound to pick up the unit to repair. Two weeks later it was delivered back in new fixed condition! Incredible customer service!

Don't hesitate to drive to Listowel if you're looking for great products and terrific service. It didn't take us long to purchase the right lift out chair! Great selection and plenty of items in stock. Free delivery to K-W too. Also picked up a lovely new area rug too. I had to add to my review! Three days later our new lift chair and carpet arrived. The Conway delivery team deserve their own 5 star recognition!! These 2 men helped move a loveseat before they set up the chair. We really appreciated their professional job, their care in ensuring we were thoroughly satisfied. Thank you!!

I want to thank Conway furniture for standing by their products! I purchased a sofa from them 4 1/2 years and the cushions started falling apart. They picked it up and repaired it with no questions asked. I highly recommend Conway furniture!

This was a great experience. Staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Especially liked the way they were able to use the room planner software to illustrate different possible furniture arrangements. I would and have highly recommended them to friends and colleagues.
