7-Year Protection
Available on all new Fabric and Leather upholstery purchases! Whether you are buying from our wide selection or are ordering a custom fabric, our protection guarantees satisfaction with your upholstery for 7 years from the date of delivery!
The truth is that we work with reputable suppliers that have outstanding leather and fabric options - most of them offer a 1-3 year warranty on defects with the fabric. Conway's in house protection then steps in to cover anything else that might go wrong up to 7-years after the delivery of your furniture!
Our Protection starts in the warehouse before your delivery - after our team check's each order carefully we make an application depending on the type of product:
For fabric upholstery we apply a fabric dust-repellent spray - this prevents dust from entering your fabric-fibres, a primary cause of wear.
For real Leather furniture we sparingly apply a leather moisturizer, which helps keep the leather supple and enhances the natural sheen.
The protection covers against any accidental stains, rips, tears, seam-separation, or excessive wear (beyond normal wear-and-tear) for 7 years after your delivery date.
If you encounter a situation of stain-age, (firstly we advise you to check our our cleaning guides to try and remove stains before they set!) seam-separation or otherwise within 7 years after your delivery, Conway will do everything in our power to solve the situation for you! Each situation is different and we have seen all kinds of issues:

We have access to a top upholsterer who can fix all kinds of issues, from seams to foam replacement and more.
We work for you to get warranty parts whenever they are available, and we are often able to draw from our large catalogue of parts on-hand!
If you add the Conway 7-Year protection to your purchase, everything in done in-house, so if you ever have an issue all you need to do is call us , or email service@conwayfurniture.com - there is no need to go through manufacturers directly or wait on hold for hours!
What is the price?
Our Protection pricing is based on number of seats and the material used - starting at $99 on a fabric chair, ranging up to $199 for a leather sofa. Sectionals will vary based on the size of the specific sectional. If you have any questions please call for more details!
