Firstly; before your furniture leaves our warehouse, it is treated with a dust-repellent (fabric) or leather moisturizer (leather), to ensure long life. After delivery, you are covered against most common issues that afflict home furniture!

Conway's guarantee goes beyond expectations of manufacturer quality - our protection guarantees you peace-of-mind for 7-years against issues such as: accidental spills, stains, 'accidents', rips, tears, burns, punctures, or unnatural wear.

During the warranty period if any of the above mentioned issues are noted, just call us at 519-291-3820. Conway will perform a service call and either have your piece cleaned, repaired, or replaced, and delivered back, good as new!
